Comments about Pick Mattock Cover:
the cover sent to me IS NOT surplus or U.S. made. it has a "made in India" tag. does what it is supposed to, covers pick and mattock and holds handle.I wouldn't consider the canvas "heavy duty". have bought canvas tarps made of heavier canvas. definetly NOT what you would expect as a tool cover.ok for [$], I guess, but if you want a heavy, rugged canvas cover, look elsewhere
