It hasn't rained since it's arrival. Fabric feels great. Quality hardware, colors are good. Hood is too small. Just enough room for a head, no helmet or hat. The head slot is a very tight squeeze. remove glasses/goggles first!! Wasn't made for military use. Waiting for rain for the water-proof eval..
