I found an awesome pair of fleece german naval over-pant for cold weather. But they kept slipping down my waist. They had heavy buttons installed for suspenders but I searched everywhere for olive drab ones and couldn't find them. Then I found these ones. You just can't beat the price and its almost- vintage looks. But like all suspenders, they hold the pants up well, but the straps will begin slipping off the shoulders when working or moving around a lot. I took them to my local leather/luggage shop and they sewed a long piece of leather strap to connect the straps in the back (the same web site has a pic of a similar design on a holster belt; check it out). Now they are totally awesome and comfortable! I bought one more for my dad.
