I have one of these bags on a touring bicycle and (2) more on a classic Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle. They attach easily and stay secure, even when overloaded. It doesn't hurt that they have a very vintage/classic look and feel, and they're about perfect for your vintage BMW, Triumph, BSA, etc. They carry just enough items not too get too bulky.

I ordered this for a rifle cleaning kit pouch for hunting, while it works great for that it is a bit big for the purpose, better used as a tool kit in outside applications
