Two things that I would change: 1)Mine doesn't have the points to attach the strap on either end like in the picture. 2)My wife complains about the "canvas" smell. Over all, after I make some modifications, this bag will be perfect!

I had high hopes for this bag but I was rather disappointed with the condition of the bag I received. It had a lot of mud (more like a clay soil than anything) stuck to it and one of the bottom fasteners was missing. When buying surplus you can't expect it to be perfect every time. I'll more than likely buy another one because they're so cheap. Hopefully the next one will be better

I've been using one since about last August, and I can say that I love this bag. It comes plain, in the issued way, but being a creative guy, I wrote, doodled, drew and whatever all over this, and it looks absolutely awesome with my creative flair added to it! I actually plan to buy one more, as my bookbag for this year!
