Leather is at it's best when pre-worn. An ex German soldier broke these in. We are now offering them to you at a great price. They are a "cool tone mid-grey" that works well with so many colors. The leather is thick and soft and lined in fleece for added warmth. They have a wrist tab that snaps shut to keep air out. Great for driving Das Auto,or..... taking the Messerschmitt out.

Comments about German Leather Luffwaffe Gloves:

These gloves are okay. for the price, they're pretty good leather gloves. they do keep my hands fairly warm, and definitely dry. anything below freezing, and it gets a bit more difficult to recommend them, since these gloves are not for negative temperatures, or for snow. that said, they are pretty cool-looking gloves.

the gloves are indeed gray. from the picture, they appear somewhat brown; but this is not true. gray, they are.

if you purchase these, go out and buy a leather-care product, like Mink oil. when my pair arrived, the leather was dirty, dry, and a bit stiff. but just a bit of ragging with some mink oil and they look great now, and are very flexible. it improves the colour too, and some products will improve rain resistance.

one thing: yes, the fingers are... long. almost unnaturally long. I have small hands (some might say "feminine" hands"), and ordered a "small" size. and while the glove itself fits well, the thumb is approximately 2 centimeters large for my hand. the other fingers are roughly 1/2 to 1 centimeter larger than my actual fingers, but the digital length bothers me less than the polloxal length. but, all things considered, I was not displeased enough to return them.

Comments about German Leather Luffwaffe Gloves:

Very comfortable gloves. The leather is nice and supple, and the fleece lining is fantasticaly warm. Depspite the fact that they are used, the wear is enough to add character without compromising the material. The only issue is that the fingers are perhaps about 1/4 in. short and the thumb 1/4 in. long but this honestly does'nt detract from the comfort.

Fits good but those Germans must have some long thumbs or thumb nails cause the other fingers fit fine.
