Comments about French Wool Sweater:
I agree with another reviewer: the sweater I received was definitely OD and not even slightly brown, but I like OD so I'm not complaining. It was also rather short-waisted. I always buy size M; the chest and arms were a good fit, but the waist was quite short. I managed to stretch it out a little bit but I feel like maybe I should have went with a L. Notice to potential buyers: perhaps you should go with a size bigger than that which you usually buy.
The sweater is nice though. Rather heavy and made of wool that is only a little bit scratchy, it feels very durable and is obviously warm. Great workmanship—one of the better quality milsurp pieces I own.
It's hard to say whether the short waist was due to the styling of the shirt or shrinkage, but I kind of think it was intended to be shorter. Again, maybe go for a larger size than usual.

Comments about French Wool Sweater:
Definitely not brown, it's an olive-drab color. The waist is quite short as compared to the arms, but very warm.
