Fit a little snug. However great poly-cotton blend gives no shrink, low strech and a little more toughness. Thought I made a mistake and dropped into dryer. (I don't reccomend)It came out fine No shrinkage. Great shirt, unbeliveable price!! Rothco rules!! I can hang a heavy pen from the collar and it doesnt get streched out of shape.
